Of course, that's why what LCW did to LD in that final is a big deal. LD beating LCW is no big deal though, as LCW has never won a major outside of All England.

So Daren Liew beating Taufik Hidayat in the IBL is a big deal, because Taufik has won the Olympics and World Championship?

Actually that's a pretty big deal, as it's Daren Liew hehe.

It's in the afternoon, approximately 3.00pm local time.

And why do you say he will let CL win?

I'm putting my money on a walkover, ie no match.

Yes, a walkover or no match would be the best strategy for China, a smartest one. Any honest person would agree.

But they have to win over the China-bashers; sponsors; commentators; etc. so they have little choice here...damned if you do; damned if you don't.

Don't underestimated their mutual rivalry, as I've said before Lin Dan and Chen Long are not training together or sparring with each other anymore, with LYB's permission - that's telling.

No matter how great their mutual rivalry, this is Chinese badminton; nation first, mutual rivalry second.

Lin dan should take this one to move up the world ranks and avoid meeting Chen Long until the final stage of future competitions.

How do you know that he is still sore until today? Could you kindly point to some undisputable evidences as your credibilty is on the line if you can't prove it.

I won't comment on his feelings but surely he was not going to MO till LCW was out . A mere coincidence ??
