I think the fans need to learn to respect badminton and not shout between every game. I know they want to cheer for Tommy Sugiarto but do it after he wins the rally...not between each shot =\
So glad to see hu yun win today. He is really a special player. Although he is already old, age 33 he can even beat anybody younger than him. This is a good sign.
This tourney will be same as AU's Open I guess.. Its only 1st half of the very 1st day and its showing its colors already PVS lost LXR was pushed to a decider by no way in form Kirsty Gilmore WYH was forced an extra game by relatively unknown Linda zetchiri The promising star SY already lost to BO When I was about to put my money on young THW he showed his inconsistency and lost to lackluster SWH.. Another shock but a pleasant one Pk won easily TS not expected.. Let's see what happens later today! But one thing is sure none of the defending champs will secure their ranking points, especially LXR, CP/JNF and LYD/YYS

Not to take anything away from Tommy but i think the way the crowd is cheering is really affecting both players...obviously LD more since they not cheering for him lol
Back to back first round exit for Lin Dan, plus he is being demolished by Tommy at the moment. This is not good for Lin Dan's resume.
Lin Dan playing as if he'd rather be somewhere else, no live in him. He cannot be playing the same 'new' style against every opponent, when facing a super-fit runner, he got to speed up and attack more.
