    REVIEW

Retracting Straps - I like how the straps retract when the bag is put down, so they don't get in the way and you can open the compartments with ease. Also like the fact they are on the top so don't get dirty when you put the bag down.

The bag is very Ergonomically designed so when you are carrying it, it moulds to the natural curvature of your spine, which means it is very comfortable. The straps are nicely padded which also helps. A nice touch.

    20150710_113019.jpg

The ability to personalise the bag is great, I made my own nametag and it just makes the bag stand out a bit more from the crowd. Also the colour is a nice striking orange colour on black that just oozes class.

    20150710_113029.jpg

A nice striking side profile, with the Badminton Pro branding.

    20150710_113039.jpg

2 stiff structured very insulated lined compartments at either side to protect your rackets from temperature changes. This in turn maintains string tension. I really like this feature.

    20150710_113050.jpg

A separate ventilated compartment for shoes and dirty clothing. This is always handy to isolated soiled clothing from unworn.

    OTHER INFORMATION

It is marketed as a 16 racket bag, however I could easily fit 20 rackets into this bag without covers, 5 in each of the side compartments and 10 in the large middle compartment. I even had space to put 2 twelve dozen tubes of shuttlecocks in and clothing/shoes.

The food/drink compartment is also themal insulated, another great touch, keeps cold water cooler in summer months. Will fit 500ml bottles easily but nothing too big.

Accessories pocket on the side is okay for size, would have liked it bigger but its does what is required. There are sections to separate things inside, another bonus.

    VERDICT

I would give this racket bag a score of 10/10. To date, the best racket bag I have owned, I really like so many of the little touches they have done. It shows how much thought they have put into it.

This bag was so good, it compelled me to write a review for it. :)

    Kindest regards,

    -Ajay-

    Hi Ajay,

Thanks for the amazing review, and photos!

I am actually considering this bag right now, and happened upon your review at the right time.

I do have a question, as my monitor colour may be slightly off...

Is the bag black & red, or is it more black and orange? (it's displaying as towards the orange side on my screen)

I just wanted to confirm, as it would add to things I would consider.

    Thanks!

    Forgot one question...

Is the wet/dirty laundry compartment separate from the ventilated shoe compartment?

    Thank you!

Its black and like a bright orange, think of the Babolat Shadow 2 shoes as seen in the picture, the orange is very similar to that. The bag definitely looks nice with that look IMO.

The wet/dirty clothing compartment is the same one you store the shoes in, the compartment is pretty big. I will try and take some close up photos tonight once I get home.

    Kindest regards,

    -Ajay-

    Thanks for the prompt reply!

    I'm digging the orange...
It's been my colour this year with my other Under Armour athletic apparel, so this would totally match :p

    Looking forward to the pictures.

Thanks again for all the information!

    Cheers.

It is indeed a unique bag in terms of some features. Pity, I can't find it anywhere in Canada/US. Will keep looking or maybe order from stronger's world but it might cost fair bit with shipping etc.

Excuse the bad photos, its 11.46pm here and I'm using a phone camera with bad lighting:

Here you can see the mesh section in the shoe/dirty clothes compartment....
    20150714_232037.jpg

...lettering indicating its the ventilated compartment.

    Hope this makes sense now.

Ajay, Just ordered the red and black edition. Some features were too compelling..The insulated section will serve well for keeping a beer chilled. Had to order it from an online shop in UK.
Thanks for the review and pics.

I think the online pictures are misleading, I thought mine would be red/black but its a luminous orange and black.

EDIT: they describe it as a fluoro red but its more orange to me.

    Kindest regards,

Thanks for the extra photos Ajay!

    Nightbird is right.

Its unfortunately not available in Canada.

Looks like, I too will will be ordering from the UK.
I'll pick up the 8-racquet version as well.

I know its similar to the Pure Strike line-up, but I like the fact the lettering on these Pro Line bags have the "Badminton" lettering on the side.

Nightbird, please let us know how you get on with the Pro Line x16?

I'll add my thoughts on the x16 and x8 once I get a chance to use them.

Thanks again for posting pictures and review Ajay, made a huge difference in helping choose a new bag.

    Cheers everyone!

Update: I may have to wait a little longer, as direct sports is out of stock on the x16 :p

If you want the bag, I could ask my retailer if he will ship abroad and work out cost for you. Just pm me if interested.

Just got the bag today. I have to admit that it certainly stands out due to its shape and appearance. The color is a like a fluorescent orange on black. Material seem durable and the shoe/wet clothes compartment is a big plus as it is totally isolated.
The middle compartment is very spacious and a lot can be stored in it. Would have preferred a bigger side pocket surely.
    Got many compliments.

I'm glad you like it, your assessment is on par with mine, the side accessory pocket could have been bigger but I have used the food compartment to store larger bulkier items as its pretty big plus it opens inside into the large big compartment. I store lens solution, my powerball, mobile phone etc there with no problems. I use a 1 litre drinks bottle so that goes in the large compartment which is massive.

    Kindest regards,

    -Ajay-

Thanks for the review Ajay, very informative. I'm currently using Mizuno 63JM4040 and looking for something bigger. YNWA.

Thanks for sharing, Ajay! This bag looks really nice. This is no way red as suggested in the official pictures from Babolat.
Thanks to your thread, I'm looking for a Babolat 12 racket bag. There are a lot of Babolat bags :O
    Pure Drive
    Pure Aero
    Pure Control
    (not complete...)

All very similar. One difference I've noticed in these 3 above mentioned bags in comparison to the Pro Line is the separate compartment for dirty clothes and the missing compartment for one bottle.
Hmmm... Difficult choice... I like the removable and therefore washable compartment in my li-ning bag.

The bag is large due to a very spacious middle opening besides the isolated shoes/soiled laundry compartment..Both racket compartments are thermal indeed.

Oh my, this is definitely placed on my wish list; so many handy compartments! Haven't found it in The Netherlands (or a Dutch web shop), so I guess I'll have to order it from Germany.
