I'm glad LYD is back to some form now. He played to much better in the Korean open compared to earlier tournaments. He has clearly put in a lot of work to get back on top. He looked so much sharper and eager. I wonder if this is something the coaches have done? The number of flick serves he played in Korean open must have been more than he played in the whole of 2014! And I don't recall seeing any of them being faulted! He is also smashing a lot more from the back and really seems to be putting more effort in to get a bit more power. YYS on the other hand did see a bit of a dip in form. He wasn't quite as consistent as he usually is and did play a few silly shots that got them in trouble. I get the sense that the shuttle/conditions in the korean open made the shuttle fly a bit slower so his smashes weren't quite as potent. Still, it was good to see him mixing up his smashes with different angles and drops. If LYD can play like that at Rio and if YYS can find this form, I've no doubt they will be in contention for gold.
I think Brave sword 12 Blue will be the longest racket ever use by Lee Yong dae even longer than Brave sword 09.
its only been 4 years. hard to say. anyway he could retire after rio so at most is 5 years. So as far i knw the longest racket used would be the armotech 900 since i still see players using it.
any idea what racket yoo yeon seong is using for the finals? i see it's yellow and blue colour but i can't find any victor racket that is of that colour. thanks!
In both Yoo Yeon Seong and Lee Yong Dae personally FB account both of them would like to thank all their supporters for their continuous support. Both would like to wish thank you and they really appreciate all their supporters effort in supporting them. Then both also promised that they will continue to win more gold medals in tournaments that they participated en route to Olympic 2016. Both also promised to win the gold medals in Olympic 1016.
