Ben, out of topic but would the cushion wrap provide better "cushion" comparing to the original Victor grip? Also what about the size (thinner/thicker) comparing to the original Victor grip. Also is that Victor model of cushion wrap you talking about? Im very interested in cushion wrap, never tried it before, dont know what is the pros and cons of that. Thanks Ben.
Yes it is must better cushions IMO - the first ting I do to nay new racket is remove the factory grip! All my rackets are gripped the same with fusion wrap with a GR262-3 overtop - In terms of thickness i probably make it somewhere between a G5 and G4 as this suits me best. Yes I use VICTOR cushion wrap but to be honest i would assume anything similar would do the job. I much prefer it as I find it provides more comfort - plus you don't get the sticky residue left from an overgrip!
It is thin but the idea is you can build it up to your desired thickness. I have mine so you can still see the definition of the handle.
so basically there's still no true successor of exact same spec/feel to the legendary BS12 just release a JS LYD already (idea: re-paint BS12 and sell like a new raq! lol)
First impressions - I reckon it's the BS12 of the Jetspeed world: right down the middle for every stat. Frame is very, very quick, though.
yeap juz finished 2hrs session of the js yys, flexibility is just the same as a bs12 and smashed packs a fast punch as well, defense can also almost match the speed of a js10
I read that JS10 4U (Regular Commercial/Retail version) is more flexible than 3U. Does JS YYS also more flexible than JS10 4U too? If it is about same stiffness it would be a great alternative for those want JS10 in 3U but don't want increased stiffness that either KRP/MYP version offer.
The YYS head size is kinda between "normal" and JS-10 - basically a slightly faster BS12, for my money.
You can try Asia. MBS and racquetforce both have them. I know they've just begun hitting our shores here in SG too.
