I happen to have the one without the tubing mod. For reference, is there anything I can add onto the support or slide between the racket and the support to provide some additional protection? I have noticed that it is only those rackets with delicate paint jobs such as Nanospeed z-speed that this happens to.
They have finally arrived....!!!!!! Thanks Michal for the great service and quick delivery time... Cant wait to get them on the machine........ With regard to little marks on the rackets, I can feel that the flat edges on the side supports are somewhat sharp, but use a dremel with a very fine head to smooth off the corner edges and all should be good...
Hi all, I have been using Michal's side supports and they work wonders for me. However on one of them the botton white plastic is coming off and has started sliding slightly during a job. Any idea how I can correct this? Would super-glue work? There is a white layer of hard substance that bonded the white plastic to the metal and doesn't look like super glue, and I don't know what it is...
goku999. Sorry for the inconvenience, it's sometimes might happen, but you can easily fix it. I'm using an epoxy glue (2 components), white or transparent will be the best. PM me-I will explaing how to serivice it. If necessary. I have some spare parts.
Custom Wise switch I made recently: Retains the use of the 4 mounting holes for the original red button switch. Red pieces designed by myself and printed with my 3D printer in PLA. Cable is a mono 3.5mm just like the original switch. Remove the 4 screws on the original switch and replace with this one, plug and play! Can also be connected in conjunction with the optional foot pedal using a Y splitter.
Guys, I have order the side supports from Michal last week and expect them to arrive this week. Will post photos of these custom-made parts installed on my machine. I hate waiting.....Hope there parcel arrive yesterday...
For those that have purchased Chudek Supports for the Gamma X-6FC machine, which version did you get; the 19mm or the 26mm?
Do you have a pic of your machine? I also have a X-6FC, you should consider this: There are 2 versions of the arms, earlier version with the L supports, and later revision with K supports.
I'm not sure if they are the K or L supports. I have some pictures that I took for another thread here of my machine http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/154223-Machine-Pulls-Under-the-Horizontal
You have the earlier version of X-6FC, my supports are different where the racket slots into the middle/center of the support, not at the bottom like yours. Your X-6FC: My X-6FC:

Can Michal advise please on if I should remove the ruber tubes and yellow bits to fit the white plastic guards on my tyger? I was happy with the white bits on my pros pro, the tubes squeak a bit on the tyger. This suggests some movement which can't be good?! I'm going to read back through as I think I remember reading about why they were added. Edit: yellow and tubes is a later version it seems. Happy
DuckFeet, The tubes was bofore white inserts/ribs. Both versions are useful and safe. If you want to replace them, you will need some patience and an epoxy glue.
