A friend and I are wanting to open a shop here in Ho Chi Minh City. Anyone have experience with this? Looking for general info about contacting suppliers etc. My friend has some experience, but looking for other ideas from others already running shops. I know my questions are very specific, but any info would be appreciated. TIA.

I think you should really look at your self and think about about this venture if one of your first ports of call for business help is an enthusiasts forum.

That, or change your name to thumpsky.

See if you can set up shop next to or close to a badminton hall. The players who play there would use the stringing service, buy new rackets, grips etc. In other words for the convenience. As for suppliers, I think Yonex is very expensive, so go for Apacs or lesser brands which are just as good but less expensive. Just my 2 cents.
