Lol. Doesn't fit my no graphite diet. Plus it doesn't fit on a spoon.

On paper, Onigiri
It has better manoeuvrability than 9900
On paper, it is more head heavy, giving more power than JS 10

In reality, whatever suits you
Happy games!

I've had about 10 games with the TK9900 MYP, and I am quite impressed. I know a few have mentioned that the Js10 feels like a head light version vf2. I'm currently using the JS10 and previously used the vf2, and I must say the my 3U myp TK9900 feels even more so like a ZF2, but a more balanced version (see below for specs). I also have a JS10 MYP that's even heavier than the TK9900. Despite the JS10 MYP being heavier, it's less powerful than the TK9900. I believe one major advantage of the JS10 is its aerodynamic frame which allow faster swing speed which partly generates the surprising power. However as the JS10 gets much heavier and becomes slower, the power to weight ratio starts to diminish as well. I also had a 4U Onigiri, which was actually slightly heavier than the TK9900 MYP. I no longer have the Onigiri, but I believe the TK9900 is still more powerful, and slightly faster swing. Though the difference is subtle, however I believe the TK9900 is better is every way.

I think the best way to describe the TK9900 MYP is that it feels almost exactly like a balanced version of a VF2. I can’t explain how, but I do like the feel of the TK9900 better, maybe because of the slightly better feedback upon hitting the shuttle. One complaint I had about the VF2 was it amazing vibration dampening trait, which for me also dampens too much feel.

Note: My TK9900 is a MYP version, so I don’t know if the regular consumer version will feel the same.

TK9900 3U MYP- 85.62g, 38.15gH head weight, 302mm balance
JS10 3U MYP - 89.62g 39.64g head weight, and 302mm balance
Onigiri 4U – 85.44g, 38.5g head weight, and 309mm balance
(all measured with stock grip, plastic wrap on handle removed, no strings)

Have tried the Onigiri 4u. To me, it feels close to my old TK6ooo. But then, it wasnt really a fair comparison coz the Onigiri was my fren's. String n tension r not my norms. One thing for sure, n I agree, the 99oo MYP is better in more ways than one.

Have been transitioning frm TK9ooo n having little prob with mishits due to the fast head frame. Other than that, the 99oo is more agile n helps in producing better defense.

Am curious to c how the commercial version stacks up against the MYP version. Not to mention the recall of the batch in Europe n the similar delay in some parts of Asia.

Yeah TeddyC is on fire on court, smashing and dropping extremely sharply!

Even his half wrist smashes produce a loud bang which stuns opponents!
I remember I was a victim of one of them :(

The Onigiri is mid flex, far too soft for me. I have one here but I'm not planning on keeping it.

The Onigiri is...head heavy, mid flex. Kinda like a 'lighter' cousin to the TK6000 (which felt like an uncontrollable wild noodle to me). But the Onigiri behaved itself surprisingly very well in my hand which is/was used to the ZF and JJS. *Shrugs* YMMV :)
