Just email Eric directly. They're still there. There's just some stupid location distance thing that prevents you from seeing it. I can't find them on the page with the aussie domain but when I used the American one it was fine.
Mean while RKEP grip ordered in India . I think I must be the first do so in Yonex blinded country . Can anyone contradict ? Eric ?
contact Eric e-bay store: http://stores.ebay.com/RKEP-racket-expert/grips-/_i.html?_fsub=1551360011 trade offer: e-mail: rkepracket@gmail.com
Make sure to get some RKEP EX3 socks while you're at it... they're very cushiony and well worth it even with shipping cost.
Okay so I applied the Soft75 grip which was provided as a sample and used the tape of RKEp itself . To be honest the tape was not as high quality as a Li ning which I feel better than yonex but the RKEP tape also stretched just enough to set like a mould into the grip cone area and then glued nicely as any good tape would . So what is bad in it ? will it come off or will it wont like a mess or leave some sticky residue ?
I read the almost most posts but couldn't find which color is the best for g10. I know g9's best colors are green, pink, grey, etc but what about G10?
What characteristics are you looking for? If tackiness, then similar to G09. So far, for G10, IME, yellow, pink > white > light blue. Haven't tried other colours yet. White is still the best for me (even though it shows dirt easier), as it's the right amount of tackiness. Yellow is very tacky, making it needing more than usual effort to change grip mid rally. While light blue loses tackiness very quickly, after 2-4 hrs use.
Thanks for the quick reply. What other characteristics would color change? Can sponginess / comfort be one? I was thinking of tackiness mainly.
Quick question to those who used a G09, G10 and G11. I am down to my last few G09 [black] and although great, I am finding major grip slippage on the cone. I normally grip up right up to the shaft and given that the G09 overgrips are 'harder' and only tacky on one side, after playing for a few hours, the overgrip would bunch up and become very uncomfortable. most times I will need to reapply the grip and electrical tape again (only for it to happen again shortly after). My question really is, is there a similar issue with the G10 and G11? Those 2 are probably the ones I will end up buying, but if the issue I am experiencing occurs on the other models, what would be the best way around it?
Bought some grips off Eric over 5 weeks ago but never arrived. When asked for refund he tells me to go dispute it with paypal rather than refund me. Good way to waste my time Eric. Won't be buying from you in the future with your poor customer service.
you buy on e-Bay and we paid a lot of e-Bay transaction fees who claim offer buyer and seller protection for item not arrived. Why not let e-Bay do what they offered (also we paid a lot of transaction fees to buy that protection)? Post delivery is out of our control. What we could do is to ship out the items immediately without delay also assist to track the package. Do not blame on the seller for what they can not offer. Not fair at all. You buy from e-Bay (NOT me) just as you purchased a LV bag on net and if the bag not arrive that will you ask LV company to compensate you directly? So please go back to e-Bay to ask for refund. Also buy on net got its own risk, we stated very clearly on our e-Bay listing: it might delay some extra weeks during transportation or your custom tax inspection. DO NOT BUY if you can not wait. What is your purpose to blame on me directly here?
The words "poor customer service" and "Squash Eric" just don't fit together. I have never dealt with anyone who can top his response times to e-mails and time until shipping. Good luck trying to find an online dealer which provides a better customer service than him. And regarding the missing package - what does the parcel tracking tell you about its last location? If it's held back by customs, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes 5 weeks or more to get through. I have waited more than 8 weeks for my last two orders from MBS (containing a couple of string sets only) until they finally got the clearance and ended up in my mailbox. And from what I know, Australian customs guys are known to be at least on the same level as the German ones.
