Yeah even I was supporting Chennai... For PV Sindhu and Chris Adcock ... The entire team were supporting, encouraging each other and they looked like a complete team.
OTOH Mumbai looked to be a Danish-Russian team to me. They keep on fielding Ivanov for two matches and he can't even cover the count in the end. He let down Juhl in 1st rubber +they have Boe as their captain +they always have so called "queries" with the officials...

Unfortunately, I've not been able to watch any of the matches live or recorded on the relevant website. Would be nice if I could catch the LCW-SK match later on youtube.

On the match between Bodin Issara-Cai Yun / TBH-KKK, I saw Cai Yun was holding racket with Yonex stencil. Did he move to Yonex?

KKK/TBH as regular pair lost to the one time pairing Issara/Cai Yun show the sign that KKK/TBH still need to be improved if they want to compete and qualify for the Olympic spot...

The highlights of today was how Ajay Jayaram completely dominated Simon Santoso.
That was surprisingly good from Ajay.
    Srikanth also easily beat Pronnoy.
If I was the selector for Olympics, at this point I would pick Ajay and Srikanth for India MS.

Suo Di was also impressive in the way she beat Han Li.

This PBL, the standard of WS is much lower. Especially if we consider Delhi and Hyderabad.
Delhi's best player is Thulasi and Hyderabad's is Supanida K.
I don't know about Supanida, but I certainly can't see Thulasi winning even one match.

Have you guys tried proxies or VPN extensions for browsers?
    That should work.

Indeed. It was shocking for me to see the women's rosters of some of the teams.

To be very frank, no one seems capable of touching Sindhu and Saina. After that it will be Han Li and Suo Di. The other girls are all useless.

Also, I have heard that one of the Chinese girls li Zuo Die is only 16. Is it for real?

Yes. How come local WS players will get the exposure they needed ! Have you seen any of the matches of Chinese league? . we can't see any of the top players there except few. There is no transparent auction system like this league and we don't know how much they are paid .

Do you think any local chinese player can beat Li xuerui or Chen long in CBSL? . They want their local players to earn more money. Similarly, this league wants their local players to earn money , a benefitiary thing for local players.

I still wonder why they pick Li Han for $24,000 whereas Suo di for less than 20000 dollars. LiHan is retired already whereas Suodi is still playing .

Have you seen He Bingjiao and Guipulin's performances? They were given vast amount of exposure which they needed to improve their skills. In India, Comparing to both , many youngsters like Siril verma participated only 6 tournaments last year whereas He Bingjiao , Firman, GuipuLin , etc participated more than 10. And also, those 10 tournaments they participated includes senior tournaments.

These youngsters needed exposure. We should not generalise that everybody are useless. Ruthvika Shivani got a point for her team. Li han lost both her matches. According to me, total waste of picking her.

Both He Bingjiao and Lin Guipu played only a few tournaments at the senior circuit in 2015,similarly for the previous years; it has been like that for the CHN juniors for ages. FYI,to-date HBJ has just 6 tournaments this year to give her a 42nd world ranking, and LGP not much better at 7 tournaments, still languishing at WR119.

If that is the case, Siril verma played just 1 senior tournament (Remaining 5 out of 6 were just junior tournaments). What a difference !!

Fortunately, i am able to see his name in India GPG tournament this year and also he is in Hyderabad Hunters. Thanks to the team management for roping him in even though he is not needed to play any match at all.
