I've ordered things from Eric before when I lived in Perth for a year last year. I had 0 problems getting anything in and I'll second s_mair. Poor customer service and Eric are 2 things that do not go hand in hand. You'll be hard pressed to ever find someone so patient and quick to respond emails.

I think you'll find plenty of people to back that up too, myself included. He practically sends you a photo of him posting your stuff.

Agreed.
Best customer service I have ever seen, no doubt about it.

...hmm... is writing something bad about Eric a possible reason to get punished with a lifetime-ban from BC? :D

I sometimes get the feeling that 99% of all active BC members have ordered at least once from Eric. What would the BC-world be without RKEP Grips and EX3 socks?!?

I got these colors from Eric, based on my ask.

Which colors do you think is the tackiest in each grip type.

I'm getting a few of these with my order.

Eric was quite helpful, I had a few things I wanted to order, and wanted them in 1 package to save on shipping so I e-mailed him. He still put in the free grips, and allowed me to buy a smaller quantity of the Aerosonic string than he sells on Ebay (just wanted 2 sets to try out).

I'll likely be ordering from him again. Seems easy to do business with.

So yeah my ETA was Jan 30th or later, but my stuff arrived today.

Knowing that I was going to buy a reel of NS66 but decided against it (just financial reasons), he even included a set of NS66 for me to try.

Seems pretty good to deal with if you ask me.

So now that you have your Ti-70 reel ready - it's stringing time!!!

I ordered from Eric on the 21th and received it today.

I am not home yet (my girlfriend is) so I have not unpacked it. I ordered some grips, NS66 string and 2 10m pack of Yonex AS witch I am excited about.

Second time ordering form Eric, super service and of-course super products

This is the very first time I'm upset about RKEP grip. :(

Specifically about the G11 light blue (water blue on Eric's eBay store) grip. They are the most slippery grip I've ever used, especially once I start sweating and the grip gets wet.

My racket flew out of my hand a number of times, sometimes while defending smashes, other times when smashing.

It is specifically mentioned on Eric's web site that the G11 is not recommended for someone who has sweaty hands so I don't know why you would be upset?

Even the tackiest of grips will has some degree of slippage if you have sweaty hands. Simple fixes would be a combination of wrist band, grip powder and / or proper over grip selection.

We stated very clearly in our e-bay listing as:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/130593323184

RKEP thin over grip: (NO self adhesive back)
G08 SOFT75 0.7mm, cloth cushion feel, for sweaty hand
G09 ELITE 0.6mm: tacky solid feel
G11 WET TAPE 0.6mm (close to Y brand SUPER GRAP) with power up hole, for best control
(do not take G11 if you got sweaty hand)
G10 WET TAPE 0.6mm (almost the same to Y brand SUPER GRAP)= G11 without hole

For you living in hot place that I recommend
G08
or
G16 (=G08 + stitching)

G11 got very good hand feel as it used Japan made material. But it will become very slippy if you got sweaty hand. Or I recommend you to use together with grip power such as

Apologies, I missed out the part about it being not suitable for sweaty hands. :(

All good :)

What I usually do when I am back playing in Penang is to wear wrist bands (and change them once they are soaked) and complement them with grip powder.

With the humid weather of Malaysia and Singapore, I doubt any grip or over grip alone is enough.

Just received these from Eric.

Won't be posting reviews as there are already hundreds here but I just wanted to say dealing with Eric was very pleasant. Items arrived much earlier than anticipated and in the colours I requested.

Cheers :D

I have been Eric's customer for the last few years.

Recently ordered a Victor Sh920D, few RKEP socks and 10 G01 grips. Eric has kindly added some extra grips for free.

I received the package in 5 days (in UK) from the date of order. As always fantastic customer service from Eric !!!

If you used that language when addressing the issue, then don't be surprised to receive very limited support - no matter what the reason for this wrong shipment was.

And by the way, why haven't you noticed the wrong colors on the photo of your order that Eric had surely sent you before shipping it?
