Great to see LYD once again partner LHJ in the Purple League. LHJ is still playing really well despite having retired for half a decade and becoming a mother!

I wonder if we will ever see LYD play with JJS again?

Hi all, the "LEE Y D" on Lee Yong Dae's jersey, is it double spaces? As in "LEE<SPACE><SPACE>Y<SPACE><SPACE>D"?

I always wanted to see LYD play with Shin (as above). I think they could have been a great combination but I had heard they didn't get on. Nice to finally see them together.

Thanks for the link for the video. So nice to see him play again, and not that exhibition crap with Mr. Malaysian Party animal. Watching that video was like watching a F1 car being driven for a grocery run. In any case, too bad Zhang Nan's partner is a black hole (not much seems to come back).

Seems like he's playing quite well with his new racquet! Duora 10 LCW - or repainted arcsaber?

THis is what he used in his last league match. Not sure what it is and doesn't match any current Yonex catalogue. I think it will be an Arcsaber.

    Paul, it's a duora 10 LCW. :)

not too sure what yonex is planning for him.
Axelsen seems almost sure to be endorsing zstrike.

LYD is like using arcsaber10, now duora10lcw....like testing various balanced rackets.

perhaps Zstrike will come in paintwork variants.... Zstrike AXL and Zstrike LYD.

It's not a Duora 10 LCW. The colour is wrong.

this is a different colour than the one we have which had elements of pink on the frame.

To be honest, after trying D10, there is so little difference between the fast and slow side.

Probably it's just the angle the racket was screen shot was captured.

Personally I feel aero side is like brave sword. Takes a lot effort to get a good strong smash but aids the backhand and good for driving. I'm getting better smashes by keeping to the box frame.
