Surprising that China is 0 for 3 today. Quite a bad day.

It has really been an Olympics Badminton program that's full of surprises right from the group stages.

MD is the discipline with the most shocks. Hendra Setiawan/Mohd Ahsan couldn't even qualify after losing to Chai Biao/Hong Wei and Hiroyuki Endo/Kenichi Hayakawa in the group matches. But guess what, who could ever have thought that an English pair, ranked 22nd in the World, Marcus Ellis/Chris Langridge could actually beat the Japanese and Chinese pairs and won a Bronze for GBR! This pair also beat Kim Gi Jung/Kim Sa Rang in their own group match. Congratulations to them and for winning a medal for Team GBR! That will ensure that they will continue to treat badminton seriously :)

I personally wouldn't be surprised if Goh V. Shem/Tan Wee Kiong actually win the Gold Medal tomorrow. I will be rooting for them.

Ahhh did u actually watched that match? SN won numerous points to almost get back to deuce in g1, n FYI that was before injury. There's no doubt she could've even won the match. But then who knows besides we don't have any way to prove it.
Anyways we are just referring to the way a player should be a sport and show some sportsmanship, which I am afraid CM failed disastrously. No doubt she played exceptionally well and deserved to win, but the attitude that was just not apt.
