    hi,
I have undergone a shoulder surgery for rotator cuff, rehabilitated for an year. I again started playing padminton and within a few months, I tore my ACL and hence went under the knife once again. I took some time off, did proper physio and after feeling fit, i started playing again. Within a few weeks of playing, im feeling pain in my lower back.
Could someone please suggest what i am doing wrong. I dont want to go through these again and neither can i prevent myself from playing Badminton. I do proper warm up and stretching everytime before I play. Could anyone please suggest what I am doing wrong!.

Do you arch your back a lot when you play?

what does your doctor or physio say?
it may have something to do with body imbalance or technique.

How old are you? Given that kind of injury, you should learn to measure the intensity and make appropriate adjustment to your game. How long do you think you can last given all these problem?
Your back pain could have been due to something else. However, not ruling out any other possibilities.

I had no surgery for my torn ACL and I am using knee guard with support for my games. I have lower the intensity of my games, lower my expectation. Still enjoy though sometimes, I lament that I could have easily kill this of that shots when seeing someone missing or not executing well. But that is life.
