My machine had similar issues, i switched out the support rods for longer bolts and added an extra nut so it sandwiched the arm, so i can adjust the K supports vertically, independent of the arm.

Edit: Machine is a shuttle express, so the side supports might mount to the machine differently to yours

I don't have the same machine, but the machines that I have seen from different brands are supposed to be more or less completely level and flat, to avoid deformation.

I think it's a good idea as mentioned by Rav to use washers to try and balance things out.

The tower on the right is leaning inwards rather than being incorrect. Undo the bolt at the bottom of the tower, pull it back slightly until it's level, then retighten it.

This sounds like the hole hasn't been machined properly then. Ever had a chair or something that wouldn't fit together properly because a hole was milled at an angle? Same idea. Would definitely contact them about a product fault.

As an extra note I'd recommend you buy yourself some load spreaders to avoid any further deformation issues.

That's Pro's Pro "quality control" for you. Good luck getting any support from them. They refused to give me a replacement for a 3 month old flying clamp that was obviously faulty.

I wonder if you could just put some washers under the side support itself using some washers? That would be an easy fix, but I don't have the same machine, not sure if you can.
