Well, the way Lin Dan closes the near-insurmountable gap in G2 tells us he can handle WTW the next time. For now, he'd remember how he lost, no rallying stroke play against such players.

Wang Tzu Wei too haste at the end. Luckily, Lin Dan failed at net, allowing WTW to break LD's momentum.

My prediction is Brice Leverdez to beat O´Jorgensen.

Jan Ø Jørgensen is still slightly injured ,so not too unlikely.

True , if Lin Dan managed to equalize with G2, WTW would likely lose the match. Lin Dan woke up too late and the gap was too much to close. Noticed, throughout the match, Lin Dan almost never dive to retrieve any of WTW's smashes.

I wonder if Lin Dan even watched any of Wang Tzu Wei's videos. I guess not. But not WTW who studied deeply and prepared for his famous opponent meticulously , anticipating many of his shots. As a result, he actually caught LD by surprise whom by the time he realized it, was already too late to do much about it. A lesson learnt even for such an experienced maestro; never take anything or any opponent for granted.

Don't underestimate Hu Yun. He is a lazy starter. He will work his way into the match for sure.

Antonsen won the first one 21-10. One chance left for Hu Yun.

Boe/Mog in a tough fight against Angriawan/Ardianto, won the first set 21-18, leading 8-7.

The Danes said that the shuttle touched Hardianto's hair on the way out. The umpire said no.

Well, there was a big chance for outstanding fair play by the Indonesians...
Sad they didn't take it... Oth how many would have admitted it?

I watched it in slowmo and the curve of the shuttle definitely changed. The shuttle hit his (hardiantos?) hair on the way out

    Didnt see the shuttle touched.

In the midst of game i dont think the player know it too so up to the judge to decide.

It costed another game for the Danes so lets see if thats the way to beat them for the recovery.
