    So disappointing.
Zii Jia cracked from the beginning in both matches.
Iskandar failed to capitalise a 17-15 lead in the decider.

Does anyone know what happens to Chong Wei Feng and Mohf Arif, the gold and silver medalist of SEA Games 2015? Why are they not playing in this year's tournament?

Sorry for my bad language that will follow, but this shows how bad the division in PBSI really is

Beside influence from strong clubs and pull-push of players, there is also the strong division of disciplines, in this case XD. Why WS players play WD? Why not XD players?

It also cost us as WD and MD players ot even WS and MS who can play XD are usually stopped although maybe they can excel at XD

    BAM's decision, I think.
CWF/Arif no longer suitable and consistent enough.

The Malaysian Men's team, who just won the team silver medal, has just 1 remaining MD in the semis....

    That's depressing

Goh/Sze downfall is rally fast, they only start going up early this year.
Now only know how to hit net, hit out, hit wide and lift short.
    Bloody disappointing.

Replacing one player injured with another player from XD had already being an option at the beginning but there are some other considerations that make the final decision is making a new scratch pair from WS players.

Towards decision made, there is no influence from any strong clubs. All things being discussed with all coaches, team leader, chief de mission and players.

Another surprise from this girl. Last year she defeated Jindapol. This year she stunned Yufei and Busanan. She still has so many weaknesses in her game. Hope she can work on them soon.

Hope to see more of her and Jinwei in the future.
