They are available here. There are limited quantities for each shoe size and once they are sold there likely won't be anymore restock.
The shoe isn't any different to the current 03s from Japan it's the same shoe with a different colourway, at first I wasn't too keen on the Inner Bootie because it looked loose but the actual fit of the shoe was perfect in terms of length so the shoe didn't fall off my feet. I haven't had it for long so I need to still break in to them but overall at the moment its comfortable not so sure as to whether it's more comfortable than my Aerus 2 until I break them in, slightly stiffer than my Aerus 2. As for availability in the UK, I have spoken to one of the Yonex Rep and they are very selective of their products they bring over and from the looks of it they won't be bringing the shoe over so you will have to purchase it internationally
I also just recently got a pair, they are a bit more stiff then my Yonex 87's. But man do they ever fit nice! Just like puttting on a snug pair of slippers. I think after properly broken in they will be amazing! I bought them from https://yumo.ca/
