Hello don't know if anyone can help me, I was recently given an Armortec 500 by a friend and have loved the feel of the racket. Unfortunately a clash of rackets with my partner it is now cracked.
Does anyone know which racket would be similar in specs to this racket or know the specs so I can try and find a suitable replacement?

I had armortec 500 a few years ago. It's a head heavy & stiff racket. It's a very solid racket but a little bit sluggish.
Voltric 80 e-tune might be a suitable replacement. If your armortec 500 is 3U, put the upper e-tune parts on the vt80e. But, if your armortec 500 is 4U, don't use any e-tune parts.
If you are a powerful player that can wield a 3U armortec 500 very well, you should consider a 3u voltric ZF2. That would be a better replacement.
Hope this can help. Good luck.

AT500 was a medium-flex, medium head heavy racquet.

I've tried a friend's ZF2 and didn't like it. The VT 80 etune is a bit above what I can afford right now. I've had a VT70 VT80 Vt5 and VT7 and none of them feel similar to my AT500.
    Looks like I'll keep searching

you also need to keep the strings setup consistent otherwise that's another variable you're introducing.

I always use BG80 at 24lbs as that's my regular combination for strings

Good luck friend. It is difficult to replace an older model given the advances in tech (materials, aerodynamics, etc)
VTLDF might be in your wheelhouse too, imo it plays like a stiffer AT700 and a flexier VT80 (classic, not etn)

Voltric 5, cheaper racket or Victor's TK6000 would feel like a slightly faster AT500. I owned nearly all the head heavy rackets out there at one point or another.

I've had both the Voltric 5 and the victor tk6000. I enjoyed both but still went back to the AT500.
Thanks for the suggestion, I've a couple I've not tried so far and hoping to give one a try soon is VT50 etune as a player at my club has one and the VT8 which I might get when I get paid.
I have an MX60 which is a great racket which I'm using at the moment as my AT500 is officially dead now, the crack has now snapped completely.
