Would you consider the js10 or the n9ii a better racket overall for you,?

I love the power off the n9ii but would like some more speed, I wasn't a fan of the extra stiff shaft feel in my old z-strike but didn't mind the stiffness of the zf2 because of the heavy head, do you think the js10 would feel extra stiff due to the light head?

Let me put it this way - I'm currently using the JS10 4U for doubles, the N9II for singles. I just can't decide if which one of them is better overall.

Apart from that, I cannot really answer this question for you. You want faster than N9II? JS10 is - but it lacks power in comparison. Nothing comes for free...

Maybe JS10 3U could be an interesting option. And if you can handle a ZF2, then no need to be afraid of the JS10 stiffness imo.

Thanks for the reply, really informative

I've heard with 3u the extra weight goes in the handle so I'm not sure it would boost the power by that much..

Think I will go ahead and get the 4u for doubles and keep my n9ii for singles

The JS10 is always worth a test. If you really click with it, it has a certain addictive potential.

As a side note - I had a JS10 3U for a couple of weeks and the extra weight felt equally distributed over the whole racket. However, I preferred the 'real' JS10 4U ultra-speed in the end.

can't wait to try the ultra speed.. a bit unrelated but I didn't like the z-strike stiffness and feel so I'm really hoping the js10 is more user friendly.

You'll be fine, js10 was one of the rackets I found very easy to use, literally clicked with it on day 1, all the shots were effortless to play.

If the stiffness is a problem for you can try the JS11.
