    Hi,

is it true after 2 hours of game, the feet get sore and fatigue,
this is where a good badminton shoe plays an important role?

I have flat foot, hence most of the yonex designs are out for me.
The arch designs hurts my feet.
Currently, i'm using li ning shoe, so far so good.
The only complaints is sore and fatigue, lots of stress of the left big toe.

    any good recommendation?

Good arch support with custom orthotics. Or a cheaper alternative would be Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx orthotics that you can get from Amazon.

I use a spikey plastic ball after I play to give myself a slight foot massage. There is only so much a shoe can do. A good shoe should help but after hours of playing your feet will feel tired no matter what. So that's why I do some self-care after playing. It helps a lot.

usually after a day of badminton, i will soak my feet with hot water, it helps to relax and improve blood circulation.

anyone on asics gel or the yonex 3 layer cushion? are they really that good?

If feet are inflamed a bit, ice water is cool (literally!).
