They're still a young pair anyway...in 2016 minions also lost so many times in the earlier round despite winning 3 SS.

They should just split wahyu/ade, no improvement whatsoever.

After KSR/TBH defeated Chengkai/Haodong yesterday, they just lost to the unseeded Lee Shengmu/Yang Po-hsuan from Taipei

The first of the retirees have been knocked out, so we'll see what happens with KGJ/LYD later (KSH/SBC are in the QFs already)

TBH hasn't shown good games for a long time actually
I wouldn't put him at the same league as the Korean

Not bad, Ji Shuting, but too little net play, and she is lucky Mitani is not sharp today and error-prone; otherwise, with Mitani's experience, she'd be able to probe JST for weaknesses and exploit them.

Lu Guangzu prevailed over Iskandar in two convincing straight sets, 21-18, 21-13.

Lu Guangzu is the most convincing so far than the other two, Zhao JP & Zhou ZQ. Lu who relied on patient play with long rallies and intercept with hard smash really troubled Iskandar Zulkarnain, will up against Tanongsak or Lee Hyun Il next. Zhou Zeqi has tough task to pass, Ng Ka Long while Zhao Junpeng will take on 2015 World Junior Champion Lu Chia Hung.

Lee Hyun Il, the grand old man of badminton, beat Tanongsak
