This is probably one of the most exciting doubles pair I have seen from Indonesia in recent years. They were certainly a crowd pleaser in the 2015 Singapore Open after their upset win over Chai Biao and Hong Wei. Good luck to the guys in the quarter finals!

Too bad they lost tightly .. 20-22 in the third game to the eventual winner KSH/BCS in INA Open.

Even as a local, I found myself difficult to pronounce Pankaryanira's name :D

should be reserved pair, don't forget got Gideon/Kevin this fast & furious pair...

Setiawan/Ahsan confirmed to be 1st pair, the 2nd pair will need to have triple threat match to earn it...

Apparently Wahyu is kicked out due to indisciplinary issues (entering the Purple League without PBSI's permission):

Wow, that's harsh. Maybe after Wahyu sorts out his indisciplinary issues, he will get back at pelatnas?

Here is the article about Wahyu (Indonesian only)

    https://sport.detik.com/raket/d-4387453/wahyu-nayaka-diskorsing-pbsi-ini-penjelasan-pelatih

He is not demoted by PBSI. He is punished because he registered in Purple League, which is foreign league. To make it worse, he didn't ask for permission like Ahsan/Hendra did. The national players are forbidden to play in any foreign leagues. As a result, his tournament and health fees are removed for 6 months, though he can still train in the national training camp. The punishment time can be reduced if Wahyu can produce great results.

As for the slot for INA WS head coach, Susy has revealed that PBSI already has one name in mind. It is pretty much a matter of time before the name is finally revealed during All England this year.

The fact that one of Malaysian Purple League teams borrowed Wahyu's name to boost their rank in the Purple League. [source in Bahasa]. How can Wahyu agree about that? Maybe he didn't realize the impact after his name mentioned in that list.

I try to look at that team : Bukit Mertajam All Stars BC. (won just two of their matches from the total 7 matches, their Stage 1 team standing as top 2 from the bottom). This team also have another foreign players which is non playing list (possible to just borrow their names) : 1 from Japan and 1 from Mongolia.

I think PBSI will give 3 months sanction instead of full 6 months sanction.
