It sounds like something Goh Liu Ying would have used if she switched to Yonex instead of Li-Ning. But as a men's singles and male mixed doubles player I am disappointed not to see a 3U version. Hope Yonex takes note and include a 3U in the next few Nanoflare models.
So Nanoflare 700 will generate more power than the other headlight rackets but still maintain the same speed or maybe even faster? I wonder which will generate more power, the A88S or Nanoflare 700, since I'm planning to buy the A88 this weekend. Also, the Nanoflare 700 is the top choice in Nanoflare series right?
Top of the series, yes, currently. Which will generate more power? Theoretically: the more head heavier ones does. But since we don’t have any numbered specs for NF700, we can’t say anything just yet. Practically: whichever racket that pairs with your swing. P.S AX88 is no where near headlight. I guess we'll just have to wait until March before we can compare the two Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
Indeed the head heavier ones generates more power. But the difficulties for weak players like me, we should be able to find racket that doesn't tire our arm but generates power. Before I was planning to get AX88 whether the D or S, but I wonder if NF700 is the right answer for me. Lol. Sent from my Redmi Note 5 using Tapatalk
There are other options also tho. I personally find AX88s too heavy for my liking and I like light and flimsy racket, cause I have small arms. JS12 Arc11 Duo8xp, duo10, ax66 these are few options you may like before NF700 releases. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
definitely not Duo8xp, for weak players something medium flex or even flexier would be more suitable, like duora 7 or js12
Oh I didn’t know you preferred flexible rackets. I just listed tho that are either balanced or felt like balanced rackets. Yeah then other choices NR700, NR750, Arc7, BS12, Arc9, NRGlanz etc would help. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I would be fine even if a stiff shaft was released. But if course there isnt. And it's in 4/5U without a 3u option Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
Looks that way haha. Magical materials aside, I'm not that convinced by the cross section view of the frame shape being any more aerodynamic compared to the last one. Sent from my LG-H930 using Tapatalk
so probably they were afraid nanoray sales go down coz ppl waiting for nanoflare or something like that... oh well
Alright, a good 5-6 years later the nanoray is getting replaced! It'll be the first in the line. Yonex typically doesn't launch their top end model until half a year/a year later (think duora z strike, voltric z force ii, astrox 99). I'll be interested in the top end for that, but of course if this one turns out spectacular I might look into it as well. It has been 'officially' released by yonex yesterday with their own site and all. Anyone interested?
I'm personally happy to finally see 24lb suggested warranty out of all their top end models; glad Yonex finally worked on that.
