Sindhu just toying with her. LXR is still not there yet. Did you paid Sindhu to let the game be so close?
So your problem is that I didn't introduce myself properly to the thread before posting a question regarding a match I wasn't watching but just reading a few posts about? Next time I'll ask your permission to post and read up on the entire thread, dad. Promise. What was that **** again?
What lesson, actually? That even WR1 can have bad days and struggled against lower ranked opponents? Did you know that WD WR1 lost miserably today in straight sets with only a single digit in G2 to a lower ranked opponents? We can't take everything for granted. This German pair had always troubled minions in the past. In 4 matches they had played up till today, it had went to full distance 3 times. And they didn't lose G2 because Kevin played around like he did in the match against Inoue/Kaneko. Kevin was a bit frustrated because the opponents knew too well how to exploit Marcus bad day.
Didn't you say somewhere that you were still 12 (turning 13) this year? No wonder people mistook you as "son"
I'm honored by the thoroughness and attention to detail with which you seem to be following my musings. If you keep it up, the sky's the limit, kid.
Oh, that's because your particular post about a certain "pantry" caught my attention Sorry, I should ignore that in the future.
ok found the interview article here http://m.badmintonindonesia.org/app/information/newsDetail.aspx?/7807 I try to translate the article based on screenshot attached, here you go: Kevin said: in first game we played really well and leading in G2 but opponent keep asking time out / break and we made mistakes too Marcus said: we "lose wind" in G2 and the shuttlecock was shaking at the upperside, need to adapt to this. We have just trained for 1 day after returning from Malaysia Master The world no. 1 refused to the claim of fatigue upon their return from Malaysia. Kevin/Marcus won the title of Malaysia Master 2019 and they had 1 day of rest only. Marcus said: No its not the fatigue, because we have used to it. Court is the main factor for sure, need to get used to it.
No . I just checked her stats last year. Li xuerui played well to take 4 titles. She is now 95% of her usual self. But the only thing she need to look out is her stamina. Today's top 5 WS is so much like MS in terms of stamina. Now i have seen her playing against Sindhu. But really like to see her playing Nozomi, Carolina , Tai and Ratchanok. They all are stupendous players.
Players representative in R2 17 - INA 14 - CHN 12 - JPN 9 - THA 6 - MAS, KOR 4 - ENG, IND 3 - DEN 2 - TPE 1 - ESP, GER
i saw her play in Lucknow in Syed Modi last year Just a few montha ago where she was up against the eventual champ Han Yue and honestly I second what you mention..She looked really tired at the end of the game and seem to give away points as if it didnt really bother her to make any effort to even move from her place. I hope she gets her stamina back and come back with full power.
Hahaha I wish i can travel to Istora, but looking forward to Singapore Open in April though ~ anyone here been to Singapore Open? any tips which seat area i should aim for?
