If you go to the BWF fansite and click on the tournament section. Every active players (senior or junior) that have played in senior or junior tournaments will have a profile with a dob. And you get LiveScore too (in case tournament software is lagging or playing up)

BWF fansite player section is often not updated.

Just in case you didn't get it right, do a browser search of the player first, say using google, then only click to the player's profile-BWF Fansite. In other words, don't go straight to the BWF Player fansite to search for the particulars.

I suspect Chen Yufei is at the Swiss Open WTS300 mainly to make up the numbers for the BWF Tournament requirements

If anything, she, as a top committed player, can't play for more than 4 WT300 tournaments. She doesn't have any obligation to play in lower tier tournament.

I'm disappointed by the draw :( My two favourite players against each other that too in the first round. Wanted LCW to win but now that KS is his opponent, I will cheer for KS. Good to see LCW, the king back.

By meeting some of the quota earlier, she can skip these lower tier tournaments later in the year.

Disappointing, Zhao Junpeng edged out by TPE Lee Chia Hao in G3; anyway, he was trailing badly earlier but managed to close the gap and led 18-16 , 19-18 before losing it.

TPE Chi Yu Jen clawing back in G2, 14-17, GZZ slowing down, probably a bit fatigued
