Did anyone bend it with their hand? That could damage the cone if it's flexed too hard.

I did have it on my ax77 before. I wouldnt worry about it.

I brought it to the shop, and what they did is to drip some oil into the cone. No more clicky cone thereafter.

For me, having a click sound from the racket is really annoying, just like you hear irritating sound inside your car. The click sound from the cone is a known Yonex issue. We found it in many rackets, not only Astrox. I always sell my racket which had the issue. However, if you are okay with it and able to tolerate the sound, then you are good.

But some of my cheaper rackets like the muscle power and the voltric 0.5 DG doesnt make that "tik" sound inside the cone even if i swing it hard. Is this problem okay if I ignore it?.

I have no idea. Somehow after oiling, the clicking sound is gone.

Perhaps 1 out of 1000 yonex rackets have the "tik" sound.
if you can ignore it, then good. It will not be a problem.

only if you're using it daily.

if used 3x or less a week then 8000 is fine, some users have even reported 10000 before necessary maintenance

So just an update after putting lube (WD40) My astrox doesnt make anymore "tik" sound. If you have this problem just put the lube inside the shaft[IMG]
