Pls critique/advice on my smash

    M friend today told me my wrist was too loose/turning during my smash and also that I was too tense. Any other observations/advice based on the video? (Set playback speed to 0.25x for ease of observing movement)

    It's ok for a point smash, ie a smash when out of position. But if you're practicing a full smash, you should be using trunk rotation to throw your racket shoulder forward and strike the shuttle when it's about 1 ft further in front of you.

    That's actually pretty good power generation. Your action actually looks quite relaxed.

    You don't generate any power with your feet and your body. For me this is more of a relaxed Clear.

    seem like there is no grip tighten that why it looks like you are tense. Check out this video : there are lot of things you could change.
