Id prefer to count the total number of titles. How can you win OG , if you cant win tour titles other than probably one gets lucky. Luck does happen, so overall titles will settle it.

What's the logic, it doesn't necessarily work like this. It's akin to arguing, how can the AE champion lose to the US Open titlist ? Or, to use an extreme example, how can the 2xOG and 5xWC Lin Dan lose to anyone, including LCW, during his heyday?

Btw, how many higher ranked players have H2H shutouts against lower ranked players for those within , say , the top 10 or even top 20 ?

try to win at least 20SS. if 1 SS, even i can win it. If im lucky, even 1WC i can win. So theres no logic in that other than perpetual supports of your fav player without the numbers.

In that case, shouldn't all top 10 players in the world stop wasting time playing the majors and other top tier events, Super 1000/750, and play only all the lower ranked tournaments for, according to your criterion, winning the most number of titles overall equates to being rated higher than anyone else ?

Do you know, for example, what a KOR Olympic gold medallist is awarded by their government (in conjunction with the private sector) ? There you have the answer to your proposition.

Like CY/FHF dominating the majors and LYD dominating most the SS? :D
    Sounds similar.

That's right, the better player of the day wins, not so much who has won which title.

Why dont you play in S100? you said the SS isnt important. Moneywise its the biggest, of course play in SS titles. All the top players play there isnt it. so dont make excuses.

Seems like haters will always derate people's achievements even when their numbers dont add up. a very biased forum.

You forgot about Hendra/Kido and Hendra/Ahsan.
In 10+ years partnership winning 4 wc and 1 OG I won't call it a domination.

Your opinion about SS is more prestigious than WC/OG is laughable.

How do you know that some chinese players didnt take drug during the WC.

Theres a lot of talk in swimming in current WorldChamp in Korea that the Chinese cheat especially by the western media. It also make me think that way now. Its lucky some legend isnt found out.

my chn fren also admit that 80% took enhancing drugs. No wonder they cant win during tournaments.

that means 2SS is more important than 1WC coz 2 is more than 1 and all the top players participate. Dont say any difference haha

I think OG is Def more prestigious, but if one dominate SS and did not win OG, it does not invalidate their skill or domination. LCW is prime example..

Don't talk about things you don't know you just make a fool of yourself.
No cheats in FINA WC its just some sore losers who can't take the defeat. FiNA had cleared SunYang's case he's not guilty otherwise he won't be able to compete in 2019 WC.

Agree. I don't say LC/ZN (WC winner) is better than minions (20++SS winner).
