    Hi

I just have the Oliver Microtec 08 badminton racket and unfortunately the load spreader of my S70 doesn't fit. The grommets are too close together. The Load Spreader from mybadmintonstore.com does not fit either.

Actually, it's a nice racket that doesn't need double grommets.

Anybody got an idea? Does anyone have a load spreader that fits the racket?

You could try a Yonex style H piece? I got myself one for rackets with a high top cross from www.stringersworld.com.

Does anyone have an idea where I can buy a suitable load spreader? Find either a relatively tight one for this racket or an H-piece.

I don't want to spend $50 on 2 pieces of Yonex plastic.

If memory servers there is a knock-off version of the Yonex H on Aliexpress or somewhere like that. It doesn't have the metal pin but it won't matter too much.

Did you look on stringersworld? They have two version and deliver internationally:

    https://www.stringersworld.com/badminton/stringing-tools/gosen-load-spreader-badminton/
    https://www.stringersworld.com/badminton/stringing-tools/badminton-pressure-spreader/

I got the cheapest one (comes with both 5 teeth and H piece) and it's as sturdy as the 5 teeth one.
If it doesn't fit between the middle strings (looks tight on the picture) you can try filing it down.

Or just sand down for some more space on your actual loadspreader.

That Gosen one was the one I was thinking of.

You might want to check out bsl24:

It's not cheap, but it's the real deal. And you could drop them an e-mail if there is a cheap way to ship it to Denmark.

Thank you, and I'll think it over. But I don't really like the solution...

It doesn't really fit and I'd have to put it on the top and bottom of the racket.

I strung this racket as well. The request was 9.0/9.5kg, so I did it with a mbs loadspreader where I cut all outer teeth, except the middle down, but IMO a clear designfault of Oliver. A racket which is not mountable in most regular machines? Serious? Even without an loadspreader it was unable to mount. My post was too thick to fit between the grommets. I needed to sacrifice a load spreader for this racket.
