Low tension + slippery string would become like that, in my experience.
Since you have your racket for 1 year, maybe you should consider changing your string.

Since i dont know any info of how well you string your racket, age of the string, how many hours u play a week, etc. i cannot say much
Common problem for string moves alot is low tension/slippery string like lining no1.

Even at high tension string still moving around especially on slippery string.

Mine BG66UM, Lining#1, or recently VBS66N 26lbs also dealing with moving string when i hit hard. Tho mine not slip away much like yours.

I put a stencil on to have a little less movement (on an already grippy string). If you do, please use actual stencil ink from Yonex or Victor or something, other ink from markers or pens may damage your strings.
