Yes, but the lack of exploiting fitness of opponents (Polii, JYF, SSC) is a common blind spot in the wd camp and applies to all the top pairs, imo. Can't remember how many times I've seen especially the last two I mentioned there struggle physically over the years against Japanese pairs. Not once have I seen a conscious effort to exploit that.

So I totally agree. You can expect more from Kei Nakajima.

The 25th point was bit cocky from Alfian. He took the gamble on Liu. Third time lucky.

    Play hard. Train harder.

Li Junhui these days cant smash more than a few times at 1 rally. think thats the difference.

Ardianto can keep smashing non stop.

Rarely I've seen fajar/rian like this, starring their opponent down after winning point lol

    Guess they don't like li/liu

Weird to see LiLiu playing this kind of close quarter rally. No more long rally , and Li going all the way to the front more often.

No wonder they defend gideon's smashes so easily, even junhui can't penetrate their defense today. good luck for tomorrow fajri.

You mean fajar/rian ? fajar's shot quality is great, the way he keep changing angles, he reminds me of hendra tbh.

I don't know what happen with li/liu, but I feel like their playing style change a little bit from 2017 and earlier 2018, nowadays they lift too much, giving the initiative too easily...not to mention li junhui getting worse and worse each day...

    Rian plays really well.
Fajar was faulted three times? Glad that it didn't go like AE SF.

Li Junhui not even smash.. Dunno what happened..
If he not smash.. Liu can't do anything..

Anyhow, Fajar/Rian partnership is really dependent on Rian form of that day.. If Rian is on form, they're becoming threat to anyone.. my opinion :)

Is tournamentsoftware.com running really slow for everybody else today? It barely loads up for me.
