    Hello,

Has anyone try chinese strings from AliExpress, but not fake Yonex? Is there any chance to find some good ones in a good price?

There is many producers of them, like Taan, Zarsa etc.:

Haven't but at US$2.5 or US$0.97 per piece (with free shipping!) it is easy to just try them out.

But honestly, don't have high hopes as the fake strings are already pretty bad.

RKEP TI-70 was in the same price range and it was fairly okay. No idea which factory produced it though. Would be interested if anyone tries any of those Cheapo McCheap strings.

It's weird, because like 95% or even more reviews on Ali of fake Yonex strings are pretty good.

I don't get why cheap strings should save some money. I doubt that they equally perform at a much cheaper price. I had a nightmare client a few years back who found my prices for the strings (I didn't earn anything on them. I provide them at the price I bought) were too bold. He bought his strings on various sources for 1,50 to 2€. The results were everytime the same. He requested a tension at 13-14kg, the cheap strings didn't last, sometimes they broke on the machine, but he still thought he save money. One day it was enough. He provided always two or three set per racket because he known that they break easily. I started to add the price for the wasted time of popped strings during the process. He was scared that his good deals didn't turned outcheap anymore. He started to call me greedy because he buy the job not my time. I refused to string for him forever.

I refuse to use cheap/fake strings. If my client passes me their own strings, I ask them where/howmuch they were.
