Based on my experience, it will be Victor P series and Yonex SHB 65 series. Asics Gel Blade also have great cushioning, not so much for ankle protection.

I've used the Yonex Comfort Z for the last 1.5 years (one white pair and one black pair). So far they have been the most comfortable shoes I've tried thus far. For reference I am 6'2" and 200lbs with prety bad feet as far as how sore they get after a few hours of playing. Yes I could stand to lose 20-30lbs. I haven't tried the SHB 65 series so I can't compare. The Comfort Z 2 shoes will be out in Canada in February but I need a new pair of shoes now so maybe I'll give the SHB 65 series a try

Don’t bother - the 65 is a performance series with even less cushion than the 100 series. You’ll be in a world of hurt...

Just bought a pair of Gel Blade 7. 1st time wearing could really feel the cushioning the longer i played. Somehow i felt like the in-sole mold itself into my feet's shape. Lol

The Gel Blade 7 has a slim built, so definitely not for wide feet.

Having worn it for more than a month now, i feel this Gel Blade 7 is somewhat lacking in terms of sole cushioning. Now i began to get more injury on my knees.

They are definitely not the type of of shoes built for cushioning. I have a gel blade 6 and changed the insole to Polysorb Cross Trainer so that the cushioning improved a bit, but they are still no match for real cushion shoes like the Victor P8510 which I also have.

Agree. Gel- Blade 7 I feel should be for players who like to feel the ground and want to be light on their feet. If you need cushioning, I tried Mizuno Wave Claw and ASICS Court Control FF. Both shoes provide good cushioning and are light also but you can feel the Gel Technology in the Court Control FF. You should get half a size bigger if you have wide feet like me
