Hey guys, I just got my Astrox 100 ZZ from e78.us.com a month ago. When I started playing with it, it makes a clicking noise. It is very similar to this thread. I emailed e78.us.com, and they said Yonex said it wasn't their problem... even though I just got it a month ago!!!
I have a video of this sound:
    .

If there is any fix, thank you very much in advance!

I read somewhere quite a while ago about AX88 do clicking sound to. Kinda year ago if my memory didnt fail me.
Seems like Astrox series prone to this clicking glitch.

That means it's genuine Yonex product.

My friend has a Nanoray with clicking sound but when I showed him, he did not really realize it.

i think there are some wooden debris inside the handle. If you remove the butt cap you might fix it

I found out my 100zz got some sound from last week! And I found this thread try the wd40 spray from the shaft to the cone and try it today and still had the sound and this time found out the sound it’s from the top of the racket not from the cone! Is any one have the same issue? And doesn’t feel right when play

You need to slightly bend the shaft and spray the WD40 so that it goes inside the cone. Do it on both sides of the cone. I have 3 100zzs (regular blue, blue JP, Kurenai) and they all make the ticking sound. The sound may not come near the cone, but the culprit is the cone. I have had to do this to all 3 rackets by slightly bending the shaft. No more sound!

yes and let it stand for awhile and make sure all the oil seep in (but not too much). Ideally 3 drops per side of the cone I think should suffice. let it stand for 15 or so and re-examine. It worked for me. I did it about a year ago, 2 months into the ownership. To this day still no sound.
