It appears that my shoes have gotten a little bigger on the inside. When I lunge, I notice that my foot sometimes skids a tiny bit causing a little blister on my big toe.

I've remedied it by wearing two socks and getting better insoles which worked for a while but unfortunately it started again recently. Any advice on what else to do? They are relatively new shoes and I love them. I don't want to buy new ones.

Until you find a better solution, you can put some tape on your toe. It won't stop the skidding, but it will prevent blisters.

Try swapping the current insoles for a thicker pair, especially the ones with anti-ship lining

Buy some Thorlos, level 3 tennis socks.

They occupy a lot of space [so you can't skid], and combined with the after market insoles, will occupy a lot of space.

    Thorlos also are anti-skid.
Good luck...looking at my past few posts, you'd think I'm a thorlos salesman haha :)
