why is this INA team's fault? Did any team come 10 days earlier? It is just bad luck INA is singled out and paid the price of stupid England and BWF.

Any team that arrived with less than 10 days to go took a risk. INA have been very unlucky, and it's a shame

hmm.... suddenly everyone is turning against INA for asking fairness. You guys are so fickle. You would scream protesting too if your team is forced out.

Actually CPS/GYL some other Malaysians and Zhang Beiwen have remained in Europe last couple of weeks.

And please, it isn’t “stupid England”. Charter a plane next time or try and mitigate the situation better. INA can only blame their own incompetence.

I didn’t think INA fans were this entitled/arrogant but this week has changed my perception.

In my opinion, if youre arranging a tournament, its your job to let every team know what to do and what not to do, from past experience, its quite rare for badminton team to be arrived at least 10 days before tournament, used to be one week here one week there, so all of the sudden now its the responsibility of the participants to arrived 10 days before without a single word from the tournament organizer?

I have heard this from Setiawan and Fernaldi at least. Two of the most noble men on the tour of the last 25 years.

Sindhu should win this against Akane. Akane has one disadvantage. Playing after 1 year whereas Sindhu has played many tournaments though she's been very inconsistent. Sindhu should win this but you never know with her.

Do they know for sure that those 7 re-tests were performed by the athletes?

Or just that athletes are often given self test kits?

Ffs man this is all england, one of the most prestigious of all things badminton.
One of the biggest attraction is ina team, hell one pair of defending champion is there, and you managed to not let them know to come at least 10 days ahead? Local tournament in my hometown can do better lol

What do they do to you that you are so condescending toward a country’s team?

Akane’s “will never die” fighting spirit will end the match in 2nd set with no struggle at all.
