Hi, I just recently bought the Z black and gold variant. Have already played with it in roughly 5 matches already, that’s nearly 8 hours of gameplay. I do have a few words on it.
First off, the fit is marvelous for my feet even though I have pretty wide ones coming from playing football barefoot. The sole (insole) is really soft and supportive, with Power Cushion+ (I have no idea about its effectiveness) did help in supporting me after and even before my jump. Speed is a plus as well, light on the feet and movements.
Traction wise, I totally think it gets it all right, side support is there, ankle support as well, never really had an issue or was limited with movement. In my opinion, switching from the Comfort Z (edited, my bad) it’s right on par with it, with a little bit better form for my case (it may vary on your case).
The PU on the top of the toes areas is denser and tougher than others (saying that doesn’t mean other parts are thin or anything bad) since they do take into account the parts that take damage and wear the most when playing.
Overall, in my opinion, it’s right on par with the Comfort Z (edited, my bad) but slightly better in form and traction as well (in my case), here’s my rating based on @DinkAlot shoes rating system.
    Shoes traction: Excellent
    Shoes grip: Good+
Shoes comfort (in my case): Excellent
    Shoes cushioning: Excellent+
    Shoes stability: Excellent-
    Shoes durability: Excellent
This is my opinion only so don’t take it definite in your case.

thanks, although I'm a bit confused about the Comfort 65Z. is that a yonex comfort Z? or power cushion 65Z?

Oh one more thing, Yonex EZ over here in VN is more expensive than the Comfort Z as well, by a margin only. But I promise it doesn’t affect my view whatsoever.

Anyone can describe comparisson inner bootie and sizing between aerus 3 and eclipsion z wide?

Recently I used 65z2 and its very snug to my toes, and changed to 65z2 wide and its very loose to my feet, overall never get comfortable with it.

They don’t provide much ankle support lah. Want to switch to 65z2 or 65zm2. Not sure what the difference between those 2 are.
