Well Olympic matches concluded and I think brands will release olympic edition rackets, shoes etc.
I think Li Ning failed to market the 2012, 2016 Gold medals as well as it should have. I am excited to see what LN brings/does now.
I am sure Yonex will capitalize the Gold medal racket, new colours etc with crazy marketing.

I would definitely cop some Chen Long themed Axforces whenever they come out

    Here you go.

AXFORCE 80 CL signature version with CP water mark, I think this would be marketed as olympic version.

Any idea on the release date for the Calibar X series?

Also, looks like Tectonic 9 limited edition is released per carousell:
"The Li-Ning Tectonic 9 is a new release developed with Tectonic Technology, designed for maximum repulsion. By Incorporating a unique resin material enveloping the sweet spot of the racket, the racket head is designed to flex, thereby cupping the shuttlecock and launching it off in a catapult manner. The newly developed frame constructed with Military Grade Carbon Fibre also sports Li-Ning's thinnest shaft to date at 6.6mm thin, equivalent to the Yonex 100ZZ shaft. The ultra thin shaft increases racket swing speed by reducing air resistance, and the solid carbon core adds extra rigidity and control to shots. In real world testing, the combination of the Tectonic Frame and ultra thin shaft makes the Tectonic 9 feel like a cross of the Duora Z-Strike and Astrox 88D pro"

I wonder how is the stiffness. Looking forward to a review and how it compares to the Astrox 88D.

Have you had any experiences with that?

A 50% discount seems like to good of a deal, there has to be a catch?

The Aeronaut 9000 and 3DC 900 series rackets are sold with a list price of 253,30€.
A 50% discount would put these at 126,65€ which would be ridiculously low for these rackets.
The discount without applying taxes first seems more reasonable and would put the price at ~147€ (german taxes). Still more than 25% cheaper than the listings from the usual german shops.

Is it such a good deal or am I missing something?

They are the official supplier of Li-Ning in Scandinavia. I bought my Tectonic 7 from them on a 50% sale.

Could you tell me at what price the item was listed at that time and how much you paid in the end?
I would like to know how they calculate taxes on these 50% off deals

Fully agreed, that's a deal almost too good to be true. Especially coming from LN. o_O

I bought from the swedish site, li-ning.se

    Listed price was 2603 SEK

Ended up paying 2603/2 + 171 for stringing, so total 1472 SEK when the racket was on 50% sale

    Thanks for sharing that.

This should allow for some great prices on rackets, but especially clothing and accessories:

National Team serious shirts for 25€, the No. 1 String for 4€ per set/67€ per 200m reel, the 10pack GP1000 over grips and towel grip rolls for 14€.

Also a lot of shoes and bags would be set at very interesting price points as well.

The page for the Family Membership page doesn't exclude any products except services, but I would assume that the discount can't be applied for shuttlecocks (and probably strings). Imagine getting the Super 1000 shuttles for 13,35€ per tube:rolleyes:
