I was looking forward to get AX80 CL not sure if I'd buy the stupid gift box for 2x price https://bbs.badmintoncn.com/thread-1604355-1-1.html
it's marketing hype. "Yo I got the limited edition! check it out!". Speaking of, NA distributor is now also doing 25%+ sales on Windstorm rackets if anyone wants to pick those up
Hello guys.. Maybe I am a bit too late, but... do anyone have ever review aeronaut 9000i or tectonic 9? Thank you
CL's AX80 https://bbs.badmintoncn.com/thread-1606386-1-4.html Li Ning claims the specs will be same as the one CL is using and only advanced players will be able to use it, not sure if they will sell this version for international market.
I don't get what these box and filler items should be. Is there any market of guys which stock various racket ltd suitcases at home for collection purpose?
Hi what racket is user friendly and easy to use for li ning line up? I’m in the intermediate level and use astrox77 3u and want to try something new. I play doubles usually at the back but also I like playing on the front. I like my astrox because I can generate power easily but it’s not as fast, I tried using my friends nanoflare 800 and I’m amazed how fast it was but not really strong at the back and smashing. Does li ning have something in the middle of astrox and nanoflare? Thanks!
N9ii/TC75 for back court Or N7ii/TC70 for front court Or TC80 a 4U version of N9ii But no one can be sure coz it involve feeling & what i or others feel might not or high likely be different from you.
NF800 has a compact head. That does help significantly with speed. I haven't seen a Li Ning with a compact head. Yonex has the ZF II, Duora Z-Strike, and even the AX100 falls in that category, I think. Victor has/had the JS10, Adidas has the Wucht P7 and Wucht P8, Babolat has has the X-FEEL rackets, and other brands have offers as well, just Li Ning has never done anything like that, as far as I know. What other than the head size determines the "speed" of a racket? The swing weight and the string density... Swing weight wise, I've only ever held a 5U NF800 LT, so I cannot help to find something for to the NF800, but I think part of what you witnessed was the compact head magic. Another option might be the Adidas Überschall range, that has a lower string density on a fairly regular sized head. I'm still not sure what I think about that approach, though.
Frame thickness (racket face direction), shaft diameter where do you rank them among the factors that impact speed. Nanoflare has a very thin frame profile, 100zz has thin frame profile and thin shaft which can contribute in the racket speed.
You just cannot cheat physics. To completely overcome this correlation would be the holy grail in racket design. I'm not too familiar with the AX77 myself, but based on specs and my limited experience with it, I'd also say that the TC70 would be very close to it. Although I don't think it will be noticeably faster and/or will hit noticeably harder from the backcourt. TC75 might offer a bit more oomph from the back (given that you have the technique for it!) but I'd expect it to be a bit slower around the net. Although proper racket carriage there is waaay more important than minor racket spec differences. I can't say anything about the Aeronaut 7000 series, but based on hearsay and specs only, they could also be worth having a look at. But again... don't expect miracles that make a superlight 5U racket hit like 3U AX77. As @speCulatius wrote, a compact head would be a thing to make a racket faster while keeping the swing weight the same, but unfortunately Li-Ning so far has never gone down that road. Frame geometry and shaft thickness imo only plays a minor role in the whole aerodynamics/speed debate.
I can recommend the 7000B it's a solid performer and does swing faster than its box frame suggests or if you want to go down the speed route more then like others have already suggested the TC75/70. Sent from my MI 8 using Tapatalk
