To translate it simply, major changes are Grommet holes recessed in the 2, 4, 8, 10 area. Frame also wider/thicker too. Intended to increase sweet spot. 12 o'clock area changed to connected/continuous grommet (8x). Shaft could be thinner and solid. Personally as a huge fan of the Arc 10 and owner/user of the Arc 11 I think this is worth a try. The balance of 303 isn't too far from the current Arc 11. If the sweetspot (which isn't small) can get larger it'll let me get away with rapidly declining lazy footwork sometimes. The mix of the 4U is an interesting thought. Maybe my wife and I can get 1 each.
Is there any word on when it will be released? I'm hoping they don't create these in small quantities as they did with the 4U version of Arcsaber 11. I've been looking for Arcsaber 11 4U but haven't been successful.
I’m hoping they made it so that current 11 users will switch to 11 pro. Meaning it’ll have similar characteristics…never thought of using 11 now cause of low tension max but I think this one is definitely one to try now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So Recessed grommets are position quite differently compare to the new yonex releases where its a full frame. While here we can see the grommets bulge out on both sides of the frame where the more flexible material is. Probably for strength?
Really interested in this, sadly (imo) another dull paintjob but you can't get everything ig! I'll try to get my hands on one asap
Early march according to shuttle-house https://shuttle-house.com/item/5462 Edit: Feb25 official launchdate from yumo.ca
those grommets that aren't recessed at 3 and 9oclock positions, maybe it'll help new players with picking up the shuttle from the floor? XD
Honestly it looks really good and I really want one, but I JUST got myself a Nanoflare 800, and I don't know if there's a big enough difference for me to justify getting it. =3=
