    Hey All,

I recently switched to a machine with a floating 6 point mounting system. (VE-50)

The racket is centered properly but I notice when I put the support arms on, one of the arms doesn't touch the racket. The knob is already tightened.

Anyone know how I can resolve this?

    Thanks!

When you release the main tower fixation, is there some play in the mounting that lets you rotate the tower slightly? If so, then rotate the side that is not touching the racket slightly inwards and try again. Same thing can happen with my StringMaster as well.

Nope. No play to rotate at all. I ended up swapping out one of the supports for a different type and it worked out. Gonna test my racket on it to make sure it works properly LOL
