She got injured in quarterfinals but won semifinals and finals easily with injured ankle. She has stress fracture. Doctors advised her to take rest. If she declared that she was having stress fracture , may be the SF and final opponents could have come up with a strategy to push her to the limit. GJW played really well. I felt as if Akane is playing except for stamina and net dribbles. Akane has incredible stamina and control and also great net game. GJW played like a pro on that day. Hope she maintains that form
