The fact is both of them are from the same manufacturer & distributor.

But Fleet's products are toward the medium and higher end market whereby AcePower are meant for intermediate or lower end user.

Fleet has recently launched the kevlar & platinum series price range from RM 250-00 ~ RM 320-00. As for AcePower, its selling price is quite similar to apacs at Singapore.

I never tried both Fleet and AcePower racquet before so I can't comment.

my coach is sponsored by fleet, the tank power series is pretty good, it's nicely balenced and has power. The woven series is also very good, although it costs more than the tank power series, but the woven 99 offensive give good power as well has control all fleet raquets are good value, definately the way to go if you can't afford a yonex

    Fleet Reviews

I have played with 2 different Fleet rackets.

    Ti-99 (Yonex Ti-7 Clone)
The Fleet Ti-99 is 3U, G2 if i'm not wrong, but definately 3U. Its exactly the same with the exception of 2 things, the frame is slimmer than the Ti-7 but still has a muscle power frame. The 2nd is on the shaft of the racket, it says "Elastic Shaft" printed on the side.

This racket has a smaller sweetspot compared to the Yonex Ti-7. Its more evenly balanced and is more for a defensive doubles game as opposed to an offensive singles game. Its smash power? Ok, not that great, less than Ti-7. Catered more for the defensive doubles player.

Interestingly, this was the first racket i bought outside of Yonex that i used consistently in training, in my high school days. Also, i broke 1, the shaft snapped in 2 when i accidentally hit my leg, the dealer managed to pass it off as a defect and got me a replacement for free. =)

Ti-100 Swing Power (Yonex Isometric Ti Swing Power Clone)
Didn't use this one much, my uncle's friend used to be a dealer for Fleet. But with my 1 or 2 whacks with it, its similar to the Fleet Ti-99, sorry, don't know how it is compared to the Yonex version though.

If anyone is interested, Fleet rackets are available at Zenith Sports and Bras Basah Complex, Singapore. A bit of advice though, if u buy from that shop, go elsewhere to string, the stringing service there could be better
