I was also told Winex is no longer be available in BA. Wondering who will be the new dealer/distributor in US for Winex.

Maybe WWC can give us more information? ;)

David Chiu of Badminton Alley decided to end their distributor relationship with Winex Taiwan. As such they are no longer authorized Winex distributor/retailer (hence the current clearance on Winex products on badmintonalley.com).

Currently until Winex Taiwan finds a West Coast distributor, you can either contact me or the East Coast distributor (Supreme Sports Supply) in Rockville, MD.

Nothing particular against Supreme Sports Supply.

However, they even don't have a website (at least, i never found one). I mean, isn't distributor should find ways to promote the brand? MD is not too far from big markets as in NY, NJ, CT, MA, etc. However, I never heard about they ever presented any programs.

Seems they did participate in DC Open, which is a good sign. However, I think they might need to do more work to improve. Personally, I almost never see any local dealers carrying Winex product around my area.

Thanks for the tip. However, I believe this site is "under construction" for quite a while already. Wonder when they can really "operate". Maybe they only focus business around local area, or via "connections"?

No, the website has just been registed within the last few days.
He does not have a website because he does not need a website to sell. However, due to repeated request from his many customers, he will open his website soon.
There are not that many badminton players in US who does not know the owner of SSS, Ronney. Ask around !

I believe SSS does own a website in many years (might not be the same one here). It did NOT provide too much useful information to promote itself, but just a #, and "under construction". Sure, many players does know SSS is one of the largest distributor in the east, and might even know Ronney in person. However, SSS does have the choice to grow big, and make more business for itself, if they choose to do so.

I will be truly glad to see them set up a professional website in the near future. ;)

It's been a month already, and the site is still "under construction". Hope this one does not follow the same fate as their own website, which besides a phone #, is "under construction" forever... :(
