    They are extremely good quality and well made videos.

    lesson 1: this has stretching exercises

    lesson 2: grips

    lesson 3: overhead - forehand and backhand

    lesson 4: smash

    lesson 5: rear corners with footwork

    lesson 6: front corners with footwork

    But for those who downloaded, i wonder is your lesson 7 file ok?? coz i keep downloading it...den its always a different kinda file...not wmv files as previous ones. :(
