Here is a semi-advanced badminton training video which covers the basic things (such as grip and foot work), but also goes in depth on front-net deception. Additionally, the part on backhand crosscourt drop is highly insightful. Please also see Bluejeff’s review: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?p=228700 The reason of the large size is that it’s VCD quality; the upside is that it’s dual audio (Mandarin and Cantonese). I would greatly appreciate it if someone could re-encode it at a lower quality and make them more accessible. You don’t need all 4 parts to play, but you’d be missing out certain sections. "Semi-advanced"? He demonstrates jaw-dropping reverse slice backhand drops. That guy is incredible Excellent video; it taught me new ideas
Well, I did not want to discourage viewers by saying "highly advanced video which covers a shedload of deception". Glad it improves your game.
The video is great.. makes me feel like having an additonal coach. Backhand slice drop shots = TOO GOOD!!!
The video has both languages running in tandem. The left audio channel is in Mandarin, whist right speaker in in Cantonese (may be the other way round). If you go to your sound settings, you can run all your sound from either the left of right audio channel.
You gave me a scare. I had the originals in ".dat" format ripped from a VCD. Once I re-encoded them, I thought I lost the Mandarin content. I just confirmed it is still dual audio with Mandarin on the right channel. Use the VLC media player obtainable from the site below: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ And go to "Audio" --> "Audio Channels" --> "Right". Hope this helps. Otherwise, there are no more options left apart from taking up Cantonese
Yay finally something with cantonese! My mandarin is very iffy and I have trouble understanding all the mandarin instructional videos I'm trying to download them now, says something like no slots available and to try again later... oh well.
um if u use the old one u could go left rite, or the volume control left rite, if it is speaking both to you
so can someone tell me how to DL, because i click on link and it say, waiting to download, but it doesnt do anythign nor has it any button
Make sure your Pop-Up Blocker is turned off, cuz it won't be able to tell the difference between ads and functional windows.
Go to your media player and look for a scroll that'll switch between left and right stereo channels. And then turn it all the way to one end for mandarin.
DivingBirdie if you have Media Player 9 go view -> enhancements -> graphic equalizer and shift it from left (or center) to right. it will apear at the bottom of the 'now playing' window. cant remember how to do it wit mp10 but it's similar (OR get VLC it's better (personal opinion))
