    Hi Bc Forum,

I was just wondering if anybody has any feedback regarding the ProAce Abspower series racquet? I am interested in getting the Abspower 120 Ti but would like some feedback regarding this racquet or any other racquets in this series.

I am also interested in their Ti series racquets because it is oval shaped !!! :) On their website they only have Ti-9 but I have seen the Ti-10 in a shop. Somebody has told me that their Ti-11 is one of their best sellers. Any feedback regarding the Ti series ?

    Thanks !!!

Just a lil comment, pro ace is ridicolously overpriced in Australia. I know Xinsports are selling them for terribly high price.

yeah i totally agree.... i have met the owners of xinsports. they are nice people and willing to talk to you about all the racquets hehehe i think their pricing are pretty fair for yonex ...but if i compare the price i can get a pro ace in malaysia then it is not worth it...

I am currently back in malaysia for my annual hehehe going to pertama complex today .... :)

Seem like not too many proace users in bc.

I have bought the proace abs power 880 and it is really an awesome racquet. It is an all rounder racquet with super smashing power. I can do things which I never imagine I could do.

It can be readily interchanged with at900t and I usually use the 900t as a warm up racquet. After using the 900t for a while and then switching to the 880, there's a feeling of wow! what a wonderful racquet this is.

My friends are really amazed with my performance. I didn't have this much progress except with the ti7 light which broke on me after a super powerful smash. Still waiting for replacement of the ti7 light.

    Hi speedy,
Off topic abit, how much did you got your abs power 880 for? I currently using proace thunderbolt II which i felt is a reasonable racquet. The only annoy thing is it's vibration problem. Does the power 880 has this problems?

    I bought Rp 600,000 = usd 67.
it's not a head light, kind a balance racket.

it just hard for me to find the momentum for smashing. Other thing is great.
I have heard there will be coming soon ABS 1100 (may be come out already)

Thks for the info, if u keen on a even balance but more head heavy racquet, think a thunderbolt II or III is a good try.
IIRC, I think i seen ABS 1100 near my area around S$100 sometime ago.

I not sure for thunderbolt III as I don have one.
Thunderbolt II is head heavy, balance. I got it at S$120 with string/string job and grip. Thunderbolt II looks better than the dull color of III.

I bought the abs power 880 for MYR225 inclusive of bg66 and a bag. But that is in penang. I'm sure the price would be much lower in pertama complex. The thunderbolt is also on my wish list right now but it is hard to find. The thunderbolt and abs power can be considered as high end pro ace racquets. The stores are usually selling the cheaper proaces.

On my next visit to pertama complex i will set my eyes on proace racquets as oppose to yonex.

Oh, regarding the vibration, the abs 880 is a very stable and solid racquet. I'm planning to get a few more as backups. But before that I might want to experiment with a few other high end proaces:)

I have TB III which is ultra light (3U), head heavy balance, stiff, max tension up to 32lbs, grey scheme color, G5. If you have a strong wrist than this racket is right for you due to it head heavy/stiffness. Price about RM270.00 at Permai, Komtar JB.

I guess you might have difficulty in smashing because the abs 1000 is rated extra stiff. The abs 880 is medium stiff

Is it because of the extra stiff?
now I am using At700, I smash very well, I love the racket.
Don't you think the same that AT700 also rated as stiff racket?

I own two pieces of at700. It is rated stiff but actually it is quite flexible. I have went through a lot of forums about at700 and the consensus is it is definitely not stiff. It is not stiff as at800 or at900 and so on. I also own the at800 and at900.

I can smash powerfully with at700 but for doubles it is not as suitable as proace.
