will ESPN asia or starsports broadcast the WC ?

    Last night I checked the Astro webpage, RTM will do the coverage for this year WC. Showing semi-finals & finals. Do have highlights prior to semi-finals.

    astro sure will broadcast 1....sometimes they don't show it on their guide...last minute oni broadcast

    why doesn't starsport/espnstar make universal schedule ?, star taiwan is going to brodcast the WC, on other hand star south asia is not :(

    Nothing on GDTV.

    CCTV-5 seems a little funny. They seem to have about two to two and a half hours a day of live coverage scheduled, starting at the round of 16, which is here...

    ...but it doesn't show a finishing time. The other days seem to show that 2 hours or so are planned.

    On finals day they seem to have only 2h of coverage because of golf at midnight!!!

    There doesn't seem to be any live coverage of the semi-finals but there will be a delayed broadcast on Sunday but only 1h25min. Cut short because of tennis!!

    really? wow that's real good news.....if they set up a new channel for it...i think we're goin to have badminton for the whole week

    Astro is showing from starting from Day 1 18th sept at 5pm. Day 2,3,4 will start at 8pm.

    Day 1 to 4 only?

    Not sure I understand this, we have live broadcast from Day 1 to 4 but isn't it the whole event lasted 7 days? What happen to Day 5 to Day 7? Can someone clearify this?

    it is on channel 83 (same separate channel for 2006 world cup matches).. so for sure a whole week of badminton from astro at channel 83 !!! yahoo :) :D

    I think Singapore coverage is from QF to Final on Cable TV SuperSports, there's a seperate thread on this.
