Good contribution for those pictures, gracias! Any picture about interior of the Palacio de Deportes? Is the Palacio same deluxe and representative like last year's venue the Arrowhead Pond? I can't see the picture of this stadium globally! As I know, the Palacio is huge multi-function place with capacity approx.16.000 spectator.
hehe, yah, that's an eye-catcher, for sure-quite unusual..The dress makes them more like "recreational"/hobby player(s).. ..At the recent HK Open, we saw Sally do an exhibition, which is understable, not so much for competition.. BTW, you don't mean by them "literally" playing outdoor in the desert do you??with wind and sand blowing??..hehe
the last picture of the 2 Iranians girl almost reminded me the ladies who play badminton at the backyard. Although this pair probably play 5X better than I am. Thanks for all the pics
Cool to see Bao switching to AT700! I didn't know he used it before NS8000, but anyway, I think AT700 is the most excellent choice and should give a boost to his shots. Noticing also Sony switching back to MP99, wonder what was wrong with the AT800 Offensive. Excellent photos anyway.
His name is "Zhong Bo"... hopefully thats the correct way of writing it in English.. But clock wave is fine too! lol
A bit off topic.. CLELY, for your inquiry, you can go to this link to read some infos and see some pics of the arena/venue : http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35440
That looks totally dumb to be wearing scarffs and long pants like that. Wouldn't it be really hot and to play in too? i can just imagine to watch them play in full black burqa
